About the Role

Join HP's People Organization and be a driving force in transforming HP into a 'Future Ready' organization. As the Enterprise Recruiting Senior Director, you will spearhead the evolution of our global recruitment process, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment for over 9,000 positions across more than 50 countries annually. Leverage cutting-edge technology and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and lead a transformative journey to deliver an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience.

This Leader will:

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Oversee and develop a dynamic global talent acquisition team of over 100 recruiters, ensuring the consistent delivery of top-quality, diverse talent across all regions and functions while developing the right engagement and partnership model within the Recruiting, Diversity and Culture Organization, with other Centers of Excellence within the People Organization as well as with the People Partner.

  • Innovative Recruitment Solutions: Design, implement and maximize ROI of scalable, technology-driven recruitment processes. Utilize data and best practices to optimize the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing to hiring, and measure the impact and effectiveness of our talent acquisition activities.

  • Performance Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and the right service level agreement to continuously improve recruitment processes and deliver on business outcomes.

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the talent acquisition strategy aligns with HP's business goals and vision and with our People Organization Strategy, named Future Ready People. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, People Partners, and hiring managers to understand their needs and challenges, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition needs and plans.

  • Employer Branding: Drive and enhance HP's employer brand and value proposition, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Compliance and Diversity: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Team Development: Foster the growth of the talent acquisition team by providing the necessary tools, resources, and feedback for their professional development. Take the lead of the Recruiters Academy to develop and evolve the HP way to identify the right talent for the right roles at HP

  • Market Adaptation: Stay ahead of changing trends and challenges in the talent market, such as skills gaps, talent shortages by functional area and/or by geographic location, remote/hybrid work trends, and the gig economy. Design and implement innovative talent attraction initiatives.

Experience and Leadership Behaviors

  • Extensive Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in people leadership, preferably managing global teams.

  • Global Recruiting Expertise: Proven background in recruiting within global, highly matrixed environments, with experience across diverse geographies such as the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Scalable Strategies: Demonstrated ability to scale and expand talent acquisition teams to meet evolving business needs.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Experience in creating and implementing diversity-focused strategies that significantly enhance equality initiatives.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong financial acumen with a focus on achieving operational excellence, essential for managing complex budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

  • Team Building: Demonstrated ability to build diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams that collaborate and succeed together.

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in Washington , at the time of this posting, is $240,000 - $280,000 USD.. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
